CAN I WATCH THE HOT TOPIC WEBINARS WITH SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes! We have a range of different ticketing options for individuals, small and larger groups to access the webinar. This means you can watch it with a friend, your bible study group or even a larger group from your church. Just purchase the ticket which applies to your situation (and observe safe social distancing principles!)

Individuals - $15*
Groups of 2-3 watching from the same location - $30*
Groups of 4+ watching from the same location- $50*

*Additional $0.50 booking fee applies

WHAT DOES AN INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP TICKET INCLUDE?

Your ticket purchase includes

• Live access to the webinar
• Complimentary access to the webinar recording (which allows you to watch the webinar at a time that suits you if you can't attend live)
• Ability to submit questions for the Q&A section of the webinar

ARE THE WEBINARS ONLY FOR SINGLE PEOPLE?

No! We have always been a ministry "About Singleness. . . But For Everyone". Our webinars are designed to be interesting and helpful for both single and married Christians alike. So for those who are single, have a think about which of your married friends you can invite! And for those who are married, please come, and invite other friends to join you.

HOW DO I WATCH THE HOT TOPIC WEBINARS?

The webinars will be run on Zoom. To access the webinar all you will need is:

• A stable internet connection
• The Zoom app (you can sign up and download the app for free here)

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER FOR ALL THE WEBINARS?

No! You can choose to register for one, some, or all of the webinars. But if you do purchase an individual or group ticket for all four, you are eligible for a 10% discount. Just use the code SMLTAS10% at checkout. Church licenses can also be purchased for any number of the webinars. A 20% discount is automatically applied to church license purchases for all four webinars. Remember, if you can't attend any of the seminars live, your individual or group ticket includes access to the recording so you can watch it at a time that suits you. (NB. Church license holders receive access to the recording for one week after the event)

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Tickets are purchased through Trybooking.com's secure purchasing portal. You are able to use either credit card or paypal to purchase your ticket.

Single Minded does not receive any access to your payment information.

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

No, we are unfortunately unable to refund purchased tickets. But don't worry! If it turns out you can't attend the event live, your ticket includes access to the webinar recording, so you can watch it at any time it suits!

WHAT IS A CHURCH LICENSE?

A Church License allows a church to provide access to any/all of their church members to one or more of the webinars. Churches select how many webinars they'd like to purchase a license for and then a few days before the event we'll send through the livestream access details for them to pass onto their congregation members. Those members can then choose to attend the webinars from their own home or together with a small or larger group of people from their church. NB. Church licenses include post-event access to the webinar recordings for one week following the event only.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A LARGE GROUP & CHURCH LICENSE TICKET?

A large group ticket allows a group of 4+ people to attend the webinar from the same location. A church license ticket allows a church to provide all of its members access to the webinar which they can then choose to watch at home by themselves or with groups of others from their church.
